Ameren Missouri provides electricity to 1.2 million customers in central and eastern Missouri. My team was responsible for managing and updating all communications regarding its electric vehicle and charging programs. This included email marketing to residential customers, electricians, businesses, and government officials.

My role: plan, write, and execute email campaigns and quarterly newsletter using HTML and Mailchimp to educate residents about EVs, charging, incentive programs, and local laws.

How did we grew the audience? Community events (such as the St. Louis Auto Show) where we educated residents on charging and EV technology, giveaways and contests, and inserts in Ameren’s email communications, newsletters, and website.

EV Newsletter – summer 2022

Goal: Educate residents on EVs and charging in a way that is relevant to their lives.

Solution: Highlight popular road trips for Missourians and compare fueling costs for electric and gas cars.

Plus, it included a Q&A with a local driver, list of popular EVs, and fast facts on charging at home.
